Machine Operator (Rotating Shifts - Full-Time)
SureStaffing UK Ltd are currently recruiting Machine Operator for our client, a globally recognised leader in the packaging industry, based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent training and long-term career growth.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience operating industrial machinery (manufacturing background )
* Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance issues
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
* Commitment to safety and quality standards
Responsibilities and Duties
* Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to ensure smooth production
* Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and product quality
* Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment
* Follow safety protocols and uphold company quality standards
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
* Report and resolve any machine or process issues promptly
Shift Pattern
* Rotating shift pattern (Days, Nights & Weekends)
* Shift times: 06:40 - 19:00 & 18:40 - 07:00
Pay Rate
* 14.43/hour
* Goes up to £15.80 after 12 weeks
