Reporting into the Head of Regulatory, you’ll support new and existing products across global markets, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation. Key Responsibilities: Support senior colleagues with global regulatory guidance and compliance activity Collaborate on product registrations across the UK, EU, US, Middle East and RoW markets Provide regulatory guidance to NPD, labelling, compliance and post‑marketing teams Ensure finished products meet regulatory requirements for composition, labelling and claims Monitor cosmetic legislation changes and assess impact on existing and future products Review promotional and advertising materials to ensure local regulatory compliance Liaise with external regulatory bodies and maintain strong relationships with authorities Candidate Requirements: A degree in a life science or related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in regulatory affairs within the personal care or cosmetics industry.
