I'm working with a leading Martech consultancy that's just signed a significant new project with a major client in the hospitality sector and they’re looking for a high-calibre Antavo CRM Consultant to take ownership of the programme and lead on delivery.
About the role
The ideal person will be a confident product owner with deep Antavo expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a consultative mindset. You’ll work closely with internal CRM teams, supporting campaign activity, while also owning the Antavo platform, ensuring technical integration (particularly via APIs) is running smoothly, and aligning the loyalty infrastructure with a broader points-based system being introduced as part of a company merger.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Product Owner for Antavo, driving the loyalty platform’s roadmap and performance
* Ensure smooth API integrations and resolve any connectivity or platform issues
* Support the CRM team in running promotions and campaigns via Antavo
* Work with stakeholders to build a comparable currency alongside a wider group-level points system
* Provide consultative support and guidance to the client on how best to optimise and scale their loyalty programmes
* Spot upsell opportunities and offer strategic recommendations
* Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery
Requirements
* Antavo experience is non-negotiable
* Strong understanding of API integrations and platform connectivity
* Ability to act as a hands-on product owner with a strategic lens
* Strong communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and support cross-functional teams
* Previous consulting experience or client-facing roles highly beneficial
* Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM infrastructure is a plus
* Must be a self-starter who can hit the ground running and bring others with them
