This role is sales-led, with responsibility for converting enquiries, booking and hosting tours, promoting memberships, and following up leads to drive new business.
Alongside sales, you’ll undertake front-of-house duties including welcoming members, answering calls and emails, handling bookings, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, target-driven, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is essential; fitness industry experience is a bonus.
