The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
* Advising clients on wills, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters
* Handling probate and the administration of estates from instruction through to completion
* Advising on trusts, trust administration, and lifetime planning
* Assisting clients with lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters where required
* Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical advice to individuals and families
* Supporting senior members of the team on complex estate planning and high-net-worth matters
* Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong professional relationships
