Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven person to join our small and friendly office team.
As an active member of the sales team you will need to confidently interact with customers on the phone and in person, gaining product knowledge and customer service skills and procedures.
Training will be provided, but we are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
* A confident administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer proficiency
* Honest, conscientious, and reliable
* Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Confident when speaking on the phone
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify problems and offer solutions
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Sales experience (preferred)
* Proficient in using technology and software to manage tasks
Own transport is essential due to the office location
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Every fourth Saturday
* Ability to commute/relocate:
Work Location: In person in office

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
