Job Description:
PPM Recruitment is currently seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a client based in Liverpool.
Responsibilities include:
* First and second fix plumbing
* Repairing or renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
* Repairing or renewing doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting paneling
* Patch plastering
* Installing shower trays
* Tiling walls
* Installing bathroom suites including WC, WHB, and mixer showers
* Painting and decorating to a good standard
* Radiator installation including draining and refilling systems
This is a permanent position with a company van provided.
