Reward 28 days annual leave (plus 1 additional culture day & bank holidays) increases to 30 days with 5 years service Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in the office once trained 35 hours per week Monday Friday 9.00am 5.00pm Free secure underground Birmingham city centre parking (available on weekends for personal use) Annual bonus up to 10% Pension contributions matched ( 2%) up to 10% Cashback and discounts on major brands in retail, leisure, health, and wellbeing Enhanced maternity & paternity pay 2 volunteering days per year Car Scheme available through salary sacrifice Life assurance 4 times salary Buy up to 5 extra days annual leave per year and sell up to 3 days per year Job Role: Developing and executing a marketing plan to deliver growth in the specific division that aligns with business objectives and revenue goals Identifying and testing new customer acquisition channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and organic growth tactics Optimising customer journey and conversion funnels to improve performance Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams Responsible for delivery of all activity in the marketing plan to deliver against agreed targets for the direct division Leading and managing media planning, campaign management and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search and email Working with the CRM team to deliver customer journeys for existing customers Supporting the Head of Growth Marketing to optimise performance Working with SEO manager to agree the search engine optimisation roadmap for division Conducting keyword research to guide content teams, optimise website content, landing pages and paid search copy Working with and brief agencies/internal teams to deliver high performing content Using data and analytics to track key growth metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making Designing and running A/B tests, experiments, and optimisation initiatives to improve marketing and sales performance Developing actionable insights to refine growth strategies Collaborating with the business unit to develop the marketing plan Partnering with product, sales, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives Working with creative design studio to develop high-performing campaigns and assets Presenting growth plans, performance reports, and recommendations to senior leadership Skills and experience: Experience of working in Financial Services, medical or education in a Marketing Manager role Experience in a growth, digital marketing, or campaign management role Proven track record of developing and scaling customer acquisition strategies Experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance marketing Background in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or a high-growth business environment Digital agency experience (performance media) Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
