How you'll make a difference You'll support the Head of Conduct Compliance to maintain an effective, strong and independent Compliance Monitoring team within the Society's second line of defence. Provide assurance on Conduct Compliance Oversight of FCA regulated activity (e.g. Mortgage Advice, Underwriting, Savings, Insurance etc.) to the Board and management. Promote a positive conduct compliance culture across the business. You will have direct line management of colleagues within the Compliance Monitoring team and responsible for developing a high performing team. What will you bring to the role?
