Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the duty rota for children and family assessments.
* Prepare and present cases for Initial Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Children Reviews, and PLO meetings.
* Facilitate family networking and chair meetings to encourage effective engagement and communication.
* Undertake direct work with children and families, ensuring that their voices and needs are central to your practice.
* Deliver targeted interventions to improve outcomes for children and safeguard their wellbeing.
