About the role
In this Helpdesk Assistant job in Oxford, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests promptly via phone and email, ensuring that all tasks are monitored through to completion.
You will accurately log all relevant information into the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system in line with the Performance Management System (PMS), enabling effective communication with the appropriate departments. Each request must be assigned and communicated with a task number.
A key part of the role involves regularly reviewing logged calls on internal databases to track progress, identify priority tasks, and ensure that all work is completed within agreed timeframes.
You will also be responsible for passing instructions to facilities staff and recording all actions taken in response to calls and requests. This supports the wider team in meeting contract performance targets. Additional related duties may be required as part of this Helpdesk Assistant job in Oxford.
