As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering excellent service across 14 shifts per week. Your responsibilities include ensuring daily prep work and preparing dishes to the highest standards.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills, including food prep (hot and cold), cleaning, knife skills, and good hygiene practices
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Self-motivated with the ability to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices
