We’re hiring a Director of Product Management to lead Transform, our innovation portfolio, including T2, a start-up style product designed to disrupt the localization industry. You’ll own strategy, execution, and outcomes across Enterprise TMS, Language Technology Platform, Machine Translation (NMT and LLM-powered), and CAT tools. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a compelling vision and multi-year roadmap for T2 and the Transform portfolio.Developing backend services and cloud functions that expose platform capabilities to AI agents. Define strategy and drive into clear objectives, prioritization, and execution across multiple products. Lead and grow a team of 15–20 Product Managers and 3 UX specialists, fostering a high-performance culture. Partner with Engineering and GTM teams to deliver predictable, high-quality releases using modern product practices. Engage with customers, analysts, and market data to identify trends and influence innovation. Own go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Represent the product group at the executive level, clearly communicating strategy, progress, and investment needs. Champion customer-centric, inclusive global experiences and compliance standards. Skills & Experience 6 years in Product Management, including 3 years leading PMs and owning a portfolio. Proven success in B2B SaaS; strong plus for localization, translation tech, or AI/ML products Experience launching zero-to-one products, ideally enterprise SaaS with AI-native features. Track record of delivering products on a scale with measurable impact on revenue, adoption, and satisfaction. Skilled in analytics, experimentation, and financial metrics to inform decisions. Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment skills. Familiarity with AI/LLM capabilities and hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features Nice to Have Experience with TMS, MT, CAT tools or global content workflows. Exposure to regulated industries (finance, life sciences, legal, public sector). Platform strategy, APIs, and ecosystem/partner models.
