About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead the delivery of HR services, providing strategic guidance to management and support to employees on HR issues. Responsibilities include employment legislation, policies, and aligning HR practices with business objectives across UK and international locations.
* Provide relevant people solutions to leaders and managers.
* Manage recruitment processes from interview to hire.
* Oversee employee lifecycle processes including performance management, salary reviews, succession planning, and talent management.
* Contribute to communication initiatives such as Employee Town Halls.
* Promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Primary Responsibilities
Recruitment and Resourcing
* Manage resource planning, headcount, and forecasting activities.
* Ensure recruitment complies with relevant laws and standards.
HR Processes
* Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures.
* Coordinate HR processes like talent management, disciplinary actions, redundancy, performance reviews, and employee records.
* Provide Employee Relations support and advice.
* Analyze turnover data and develop retention strategies.
* Manage HR systems and employee records.
* Lead absence management and resolve data integrity issues.
* Provide HR data for decision-making.
* Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Performance and Projects
* Lead performance and pay reviews.
* Develop and execute HR initiatives and review HR providers.
Coaching & Mentoring
Support and develop HR team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Business, Management, HR, or related field; Chartered Member.
* Experience as a generalist HR in a similar industry.
* Leadership experience in HR functions.
* Knowledge of employment law and case management.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience handling confidential information.
