We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support the growth of our online retail presence, helping deliver exceptional digital experiences and strong commercial performance. Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring trading performance, analysing user behaviour, and optimising the online customer journey. You will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, design, and development teams to enhance site functionality, improve UX, support promotional activity, and contribute to testing, reporting, and content updates. Regular reviews of performance metrics, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness will be key in driving informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings proven e-commerce experience along with strong analytical skills and familiarity with platforms such as CMS tools, ecommerce systems, GA4, and SEO/PPC concepts. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you’ll be comfortable interpreting data, spotting opportunities, and supporting continuous optimisation to elevate both user experience and commercial results.
