What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and secure messaging
* Assist customers with queries, payment processing, account updates, and more
* Help customers in early-stage arrears get back on track with their payments
* Work closely with teams across the business, including Lending Operations and Credit
* Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy
* Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional service in every interaction
* Ensure positive customer outcomes and help uphold high service standards
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment (preferably in financial services or regulated sectors)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
* Confident using digital systems and working in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
