Level | 3-5 years+ PQE
Based | Bletchley
Hybrid | 1-2 days working from home
Offer | £55,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus
We are currently working with a fantastic firm based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes who are looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor.
The team are looking to hire someone on a full-time permanent basis who has 3-5 years PQE and is looking for the next step in their career.
You will advise and support on a wide range of corporate matters to include:
* Mergers, disposals & acquisitions
* Reconstructions
* Shareholder agreements
* Company formation
* Employee ownership trusts
The successful candidate:
* 3-5 years PQE within corporate law
* Good communication skills
* Able to maintain and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Supporting the firm with networking and business development opportunities
