Vox Consultants are currently looking for an Electrician Engineer with Mechanical Experience, either Foot or Mobile.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planned and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
2. Work on calorifiers, pressurisation units, TMVs, pumps, and AHU.
3. Plant room upkeep.
4. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems across commercial sites.
5. Resolve electrical works, wiring, and testing.
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
7. Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
Requirements:
1. Experience in commercial mechanical building maintenance.
2. NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification.
3. DBS clearance preferred or willing to obtain.
4. Strong communication and teamworking skills.
