Finance Manager
Location: London (hybrid 3 days office / 2 wfh) | £80,000-£90,000 plus Bonus plus benefits

The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility Financial Accounting Manager role, sitting at the heart of a dynamic Finance function.
You will take ownership of the accounting month-end close, working closely with senior finance leadership and leading core processes across consolidation, reporting and financial control.
This is a hands-on, commercially exposed role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting to the International Financial Controller, this role supports 20-30 legal entities (t/o £200m + )
2. Own and deliver the entities month-end close process
3. Lead consolidation and reporting
4. Review P&L, balance sheet and cash flow outputs
5. Manage intercompany accounting and eliminations
6. Investigate variances and ensure reporting accuracy
7. Support audit, forecasting and financial governance
8. Improve systems, controls and reporting processes
9. Work closely with multiple international entities
10. Manage and mentor a small team of management accountants
Candidate Profile
11. ACA or ACCA qualified
12. managed / supervised a small team
13. Strong experience in group accounting and consolidation
14. Proven ownership of month-end close processes
15. Solid understanding of IFRS and multi-entity reporting
16. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite or similar)
17. Confident working with multiple data sources and reporting formats
18. Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
