The Head of this prestigious and forward-thinking independent school in Norwich is looking to appoint a talented and passionate Art Teacher to join a thriving and creatively ambitious Art department from January. Art is a highly valued subject within the school, celebrated for its role in developing creativity, critical thinking, and individual expression.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to teach Art in a setting where students are engaged, curious, and motivated, and where teachers are given the professional autonomy to teach creatively and ambitiously. The department encourages experimentation, conceptual development, and technical excellence, allowing students to develop both confidence and artistic identity.

You will teach Art across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to support GCSE Art and contribute to exhibitions, enrichment activities, and the wider cultural life of the school. The school is well resourced, with excellent studio facilities and a strong commitment to the visual arts.

Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related discipline
