Partner – Housing
A nationally recognised law firm is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its Housing Management Team as a Partner, based in central London. This is a strategic leadership role within one of the leading teams in the country, offering the chance to shape a high-performing sub-team and contribute to the continued growth of a market-leading practice.
The Opportunity:The firm has built a formidable reputation in housing law and property litigation, acting for social housing providers, local authorities, private landlords and developers. With a strong presence across the UK and consistent recognition in Legal 500 and Chambers UK, the team is known for handling both typical and novel disputes with precision and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a specialist team within the Housing department
* Acting for major social housing clients, registered providers and private landlords
* Advise on a broad spectrum of housing management and property litigation matters
* Drive business development through thought leadership, training and sector engagement
* Deliver commercially astute, pragmatic legal advice
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
* Manage complex caseloads and ensure high standards of client service
* Contribute to the operational and strategic direction of the department
What You’ll Bring:
* Minimum 10 years’ PQE in housing law
* Proven leadership experience and a track record of developing legal teams
* Strong business development credentials and sector visibility
* Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
