1. To provide first level professional advice and support to ensure changes to workforce structures and working practices are managed in accordance with policies.2. To support the HR Business Partners in the implementation of appropriate HR and OD interventions that support employee engagement and improve performance outcomes.3. To provide first level of HR support for employee relations queries and case work against policies and procedures.4.
