Through corporate training and bespoke studio projects, we help brands elevate their creative capabilities. Based in London, Niko x Studios delivers smarter, faster results that align with the highest industry standards and brand values.


Our AI Corporate Training Programme is growing fast, and we are looking for a commercially driven, high-ticket Sales Closer to join us and take full ownership of our revenue pipeline.


This is a role for someone who sells with precision, thinks in systems, and is ready to make a real commercial impact from day one.


📍 Location: Remote

⏳ Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

💰 Salary: £19,000 to £47,000 base salary + 10% commission on every deal closed


The Opportunity

You will own the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and outreach through to discovery, proposal, and close. Converting qualified leads into signed clients for our bespoke AI Training Programme, delivered to marketing and brand teams at some of the most recognised companies in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. Average deal size sits at £40K.


This is an early and influential commercial role. We are not just looking for someone to fill a position. We want someone with the experience and confidence to assess our current approach, bring structure, and actively shape how we grow.


What You Will Be Doing

Owning the complete sales cycle from first contact through to signed agreement. Running 6+ discovery calls per day and 15+ sales calls per week. Closing 3+ high-ticket deals per month with consistency and precision. Managing a clean, accurate CRM pipeline at all times. Maintaining structured follow-up across calls, email, and direct messaging. Generating outbound opportunities alongside converting warm inbound leads. Collaborating with the founder and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Contributing to the development of sales scripts, frameworks, and processes that will scale with the business.


What We Are Looking For

* At least 4 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in consulting, coaching, or the agency space
* A strong track record of running end to end sales cycles independently
* The confidence and experience to walk in, evaluate what exists, and build on it meaningfully
* Consistent history of closing high-ticket deals at £10K and above
* Business-fluent English to a professional standard, both spoken and written
* Strong command of prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and negotiation
* Highly organised, system-oriented, and disciplined in pipeline management
* Comfortable leading senior-level conversations with authority and clarity
* Proficiency in relevant sales tools, CRM platforms, and reporting software
* Full accountability for your outcomes, without needing to be managed closely


Nice to have: experience in the ai, beauty, fashion, or luxury brand space.


What Success Looks Like

* 6+ discovery calls completed per day
* 15+ sales calls conducted per week
* 3+ deals closed per month at an average deal size of £40K
* A pipeline that is always accurate, organised, and moving
* Tangible contribution to improving our sales systems, messaging, and processes over time


This Role Is Not For You If

* You are looking for a part-time or supplementary income arrangement
* Your background is limited to transactional or traditional corporate sales
* You need a fully built system before you can perform at your best
* You rely on others to generate or manage your pipeline
* You have not independently closed deals at a high-ticket level
* You are looking for stability over growth and progression
