A Typical Day as a Spa Manager:
14. Oversee the daily operation of the spa, ensuring a seamless, luxurious and relaxing experience for all guests
15. Lead, motivate and manage a team of qualified therapists and support staff
16. Develop and implement strategies to maximise spa revenue and enhance client satisfaction
17. Deliver a range of spa treatments when required, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, tailored to individual guest needs
18. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
19. Manage budgets, inventory and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations
20. Foster a positive, collaborative working environment that supports professional growth and development
What We're Looking For:
21. NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
22. KPI-driven with a strong focus on results
23. Dynamic interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
24. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with clients in person, by phone and via email
25. Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service
26. Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and initiative
27. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
28. Previous experience managing a team with a passion for people development
29. Ability to build rapport, trust and credibility
30. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Desirable:
31. Knowledge of premium spa brands and treatments, including ELEMIS
