1:1 Tutor – Coventry Area Location: Coventry and surrounding areas Hours: Flexible, during school hours Setting: Pupil's Home or School Environment Pay: Competitive rates, dependent on experience We are seeking dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across Coventry. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised educational support to students who require additional assistance to reach their full potential. The Role As a 1:1 Tutor, you will: Deliver tailored tuition sessions that meet the individual needs of each pupil. Support students in developing confidence, engagement, and academic progress. Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit different learning styles and abilities. Monitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback where required. Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes. Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or classroom support. Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
