Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £25,500+ (Dependent on experience)

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth communication between the business and its customers. This is a varied role combining sales administration with customer-facing responsibilities, including outbound calls to generate orders and leads.
Key Duties:
* Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
* Research and canvass for new business opportunities
* Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
* Maintain and update internal systems with customer and order information
* Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to existing customers
* Manage customer complaints effectively and ensure satisfactory resolutions
* Approve orders for accounts exceeding original credit limits
* Support the finance team with credit control and chasing late payments
* Issue credit notes as required
* Engage prospects through cold calls to generate new leads
* Identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team
Key Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or similar sector
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team
