Summary/Overview
The Sustainability Data and Technology Program is a bank-wide initiative to deliver a strategic solution for Environmental, Social, and Governance data across Deutsche Bank. It is part of the Sustainability Strategy Key Deliverable.
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data Team. Your responsibilities include reviewing business use cases, gathering and documenting requirements, defining high-level implementation steps, and creating business user stories. You will work closely with the Product Owner and development teams to ensure that requirements align with business needs and technical standards.

Your key responsibilities
* Executing data analysis for completeness, transformation, and validation
* Analyzing structured data for quality and accuracy
* Designing data mappings for source system data transformation
* Ensuring solutions meet strategic and data frameworks
* Defining acceptance criteria and supporting user acceptance testing
* Collaborating with stakeholders and support teams to implement solutions
Your skills and experience
* Extensive business analyst experience in banking, covering full project lifecycle
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in business analysis tools like Jira and Confluence
* SQL querying skills for data testing and analysis
* Ability to work effectively in virtual and matrix teams
* Relevant project/business analysis qualifications (PMI, Prince2, etc.) preferred
