London (Liverpool Street) – Hybrid (3 days in office)
£60,000 – £70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

This role isn’t tied to one factory. Instead, you’ll work across multiple businesses, helping them identify opportunities, design solutions, and trial new approaches to automation and digital manufacturing.
It’s a chance to move into a more consultative role while staying technically hands-on.
What you’ll be doing
* Working directly with manufacturing sites to identify automation opportunities
* Supporting projects involving PLCs, MES, SCADA, IIoT and robotics
* Designing and delivering pilot solutions
* Helping teams implement and scale successful improvements
* Working closely with engineers, operations teams and senior stakeholders

* Experience in manufacturing automation, controls or industrial systems
* Exposure to PLCs, MES, SCADA, IIoT or similar technologies
* Practical factory or production experience
* A problem-solving mindset
* Interest in moving into a more consultative role
