An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing specialist in steel framing and light gauge steel construction across the Central Belt of Scotland. What you’ll do:
📂 Oversee multiple steel framing and light gauge steel projects from award through to completion
📅 Manage project programmes, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
🤝 Coordinate with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments
📝 Ensure contracts are delivered in line with specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
📊 Monitor project progress, costs, and performance across multiple sites
👥 Provide leadership and support to project and site teams
You’ll need:
✔ Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within steel framing, light gauge steel, or related construction sectors
✔ Strong knowledge of project delivery within construction or offsite systems
✔ Experience managing multiple projects and site teams
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
✔ Strong understanding of health & safety and construction project processes
✔ Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
