Main duties will include:
1. Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders in order to contribute to the positive reputation of the company.
2. Provide line management to a designated team within a specified group or location within the division.

About You:
* NVQ / QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
* Experience in a care/support environment.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation relating to care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and to prioritize, plan, and organize workload.
