Senior Architect
Location: Kent
Salary: £35-40,000
Our client, a well-established RIBA-chartered practice based in Kent, is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Architect to join their collaborative team. Specialising in sustainable architecture across residential, commercial, and education sectors, the practice is entering an exciting phase of growth with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
Requirements:
ARB-registered Architect
Significant experience in a UK-based architectural practice post-Part 3
Strong design and technical detailing abilities
Solid knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, and construction methods
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ambitious and career-focused with a proactive approachResponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality architectural designs across all RIBA stages
Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to ensure project success
Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation
Support and mentor junior staff where appropriate
