We’re looking for a proven sales leader to lead our dynamic Software Sales Team at Tes.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive the growth of our software solutions and lead your team to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets in the Primary School market.
* Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our Sheffield office, 2 days from home.
* Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Your Role
* Lead & Inspire: Manage a high-performing Inside Sales team.
* Strategize for Success: Implement innovative sales strategies using white space analysis and value-based selling.
* Build a Dream Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent while managing performance.
* Collaborate & Deliver: Partner with marketing for lead generation, ensure CRM accuracy, and deliver precise forecasts.
