The Role Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will help deliver a proactive and engaging L&D service across the firm.
You will contribute to the smooth running of the team, support projects, and deliver training that helps people thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver internal training projects across the business using a range of methods (e-learning, video, face-to-face, Metacompliance, etc.) Manage the apprenticeship levy and apprenticeship programme, liaising with providers, managers, and apprentices, and providing career advice and ongoing support Offer guidance on professional qualifications and development opportunities Source and coordinate external training and development initiatives Create engaging digital learning content using tools such as Renderforest, Metacompliance and PageTiger Maintain accurate training records and systems Act as first point of contact in the L&D Managers absence and support with wider project work The person We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development and enjoys working collaboratively to make a difference.
