Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Senior Associate to Partner
Highly Ranked Legal 500 Team
Birmingham (2-3 days in the office)
This is a newly created opportunity for a client focused and experienced litigator seeking a well regarded and friendly practice. The firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500.
In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases, predominantly in the higher courts, including:
* Contract disputes
* Corporate disputes
* Insolvency
* Insurance
* Professional negligence
* Procurement
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and effectively supporting a breadth of cases
* Preparing for trials, including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials
* Delivering high-quality legal advice
* Supporting and developing more junior team members
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience of supporting complex and varied litigation
* An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of developing/maintaining client relationships
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
