JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a reputable nursing home in Banbury, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their elderly residents.
* Registered Adult Nurse -RGN
* £22.12 per hour, weekdays
* £23.12 per hour, weekends
* Contracted 30 hours per week
* Alternate weekends
* Day shifts only
* CQC rating: Good
* Nursing care to the elderly

Qualifications / Skills
* You must be a qualified nurse - RGN - and have a valid NMC PIN
* Excellent communication skills
* Passion for elderly and dementia care
* Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
* Previous experience within a similar setting
* Minimum 3 years' nursing experience
Job Requirements
* Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
* Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
* May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
* Liaising with other healthcare professionals
* Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
* Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times
