Role overview

Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Contract Type: 18 Month FTC

Role overview: Provide timely and effective administrative support. Assist in the delivery of certain scheduled or ad hoc work functions and provide a range of support duties. The Admin function exists to drive high levels operational performance, Customer engagement and financial Controls cross the scope of the contract, through strong communication and close relationships with the management and operational teams. What you'll do:
1. Assist in keeping the compliance tracker on Smartsheet updated.
2. Assist in scheduling our supply chain partners services
3. Assist in Scheduling our own EMCOR engineers
4. Identify and respond to colleagues’ requirements via telephone and email communications.
5. Assist in Uniform ordering
6. Ensure high level of input accuracy to rigidly maintain data integrity
7. Ensure Site/Client communications are sent in a timely manner.
8. Ensure up-to-date training on the system applications by attending training courses or by self-taught modules
9. Maintaining the filing and archive systems
10. Assist in training file management, filing and updates.
11. Attend to all related queries from internal as well as external clients within the laid-down timelines either by phone or in writing and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
12. Assist with general office duties such as, stationary stock control
13. Compile spreadsheets in Word or Excel format for any non-standard reporting
14. Identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives and priorities. Communicating and sharing knowledge with other team members
15. Developing personal skills to meet both individual and team needs
16. Maintain focus on excellent customer service delivery standards
17. Maintain a high level of knowledge of all products and services on offer by the company
18. Work towards the continuous improvement of EMCOR’s (including Workplace Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Environment), existing standards, values and culture
19. Manage time effectively and efficiently to meet the varied and demanding nature of the role.
20. Complete any reasonable request from management.

About the role

Who you'll be:
21. Articulate, numerate and preferably IT literate.
22. Achieved GCSE or equivalent in English (grade C / 5) AND Maths (grade C / 5)
23. Good Verbal and communication skills.
24. Basic understanding of Microsoft Packages.
25. Be resilient under pressure and be able to converse confidently with staff, suppliers and customers at all levels.
