Private Client Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary – | Loughborough
A highly regarded regional law firm in Loughborough is looking to grow its Private Client team and is seeking a confident, passionate Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join them. This is a fantastic, client-facing role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to really make a difference.
You will deliver excellent client service across a range of private client matters, including high net worth work. This isn't a "same day, same task" role – you'll get to meet clients, build relationships, and play an important part in the smooth running of the team. Many clients visit the office, meaning face-to-face interaction is a key part of the role.
Key Duties (not limited to):
Drafting and formatting correspondence, letters, and legal documents.
Preparing client files, including checking and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with clients, professional contacts, and colleagues in a professional and personable manner.
Assisting with wills, probate, trusts, and other private client matters.
Maintaining billing and file management systems and managing diaries and scheduling client appointments, meetings, and court dates.
