- 60,000 Bennett and Game are working with a leading General Haulage and Distribution firm actively recruiting an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their team to assist in the continued growth and development of their North Leeds / Bradford site.
HGV Mechanic Job Overview You will maintain their mixed fleet of rigid and articulated vehicles and trailers to the highest standard and in line with DVSA requirements Vehicle and Trailer inspections MOT preparation to DVSA standards Brake testing at every inspection Fault finding and repairs Use of diagnostic equipment HGV Mechanic Job Requirements Qualification in City and Guilds HGV Part 1, 2 & 3 or NVQ level 3 equivalent A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HGV Mechanic (post qualification) preferably within a fleet environment Large Goods Vehicle experience is essential HGV Mechanic Salary & Benefits Salary
