How you will make a difference - Takes responsibility to support in developing both new and existing products within the portfolio - Support customer visits, audits and technical presentations where required - Adhere to and promote a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement - Liaise with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions - Writing and reading Technical papers, reports, reviews and specifications - Contribute to ongoing innovation and product optimization initiatives - Takes responsibility for supporting the department in the absence of the Development Manager, to ensure project are kept on track and support is provided to other team members What you'll need - Educated to degree level within Chemistry or other relevant scientific discipline and/or significant experience of industry and products - Self-motivated, with experience in product formulation - Experience in writing structured and concise reports If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
