We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team
The Bear Inn, Hodnet is a coaching inn located in North Shropshire. Our restaurant holds a coveted place in the Michelin Guide, two rosettes, an AA breakfast award and the hotel rooms have been awarded AA 5 Star Gold. We opened in July 2021 after an extensive refurbishment.
Pay
* Between £32,000 and £36,000 depending on experience plus tips (approx. £5,000 per year)

About you
* As a Pastry Chef you will have previous experience in this role
* Work alongside the Head Chef to create new dishes and evolve the menu
* A team player who will help progress the whole brigade through nurturing talent and ideas
* Take on feedback and wants to push for more accolades
* The Pastry Chef will be responsible for all food safety aspects alongside the Head Chef
