Construction Recruitment Branch Manager - Leeds
£44,000 - £48,000 p/year depending on experience + car allowance of £6,000 + £15,000 - £20,000 commission in year one. Flexible working hours and hybrid working, 25 days holiday rising to 30 + bank holidays.
This role is to assume responsibility of a high performing trades and labour temps recruitment team and will also be a billing role. You will inherit a warm desk of around 30 temp construction candidates split across 8 clients. You will need to have significant experience in growing, coaching and mentoring teams, business development, contract negotiation and also be a strong motivator. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the branch and be part of the Senior Management team.
Responsibilities:
* Create new business opportunities for the Construction division.
* Attend new and service visits with prospective and existing clients.
* Create a strong growth mindset culture within the branch.
* Coach and mentor the team.
* Integrate new clients in to the branch network for Consultants to recruit for
* Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving departmental goals.
* Negotiate pricing with new clients.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
* Communicate client requirements with the branch network.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department.
* Identify opportunities for improvement.
