Birmingham - Kings Norton Area £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Full Time My client based in and around the Kings Norton area of Birmingham is looking for a roof cleaning and maintenance technician to join their team. You must be reliable, trustworthy and comfortable working at heights. As a commercial roof cleaning technician you will carry out reactive/proactive roof gutter cleaning and maintenance throughout the commercial customer estate. Adhere to contract service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure the highest standard of works at all times. Follow a schedule of planned works to ensure works are complete on time in line with customer expectation. Through quality workmanship, strengthen customer relationships and promote the company profile. The role will involve travel in the works vehicle including the requirement for some overnight stays when necessary so you will need to be happy with this. Your duties and responsibilities: Assess the requirements of the job and carry out cleaning and repairs works to commercial roof gutter systems.
