The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we can't do that without our specialist teams.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to work with Jon and the team at our store in The Oracle, Reading.
This role offers 24 and 16 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and some weekdays.
What you will be doing:
The Senior Sales Assistant supports and leads the sales team to exceed targets, maximize KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service. You will be an expert in CT selling skills, driving store targets through your own sales, coaching the team, managing customer appointments, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, training and coaching Sales Assistants, and managing operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
What we are looking for:
Ideal candidates will have retail or hospitality experience, some exposure to store management, and Key Holder experience is preferable. A passion for customer service and selling is essential.
