The Role:
This firm continues to expand its commercial property team and is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, and a solid background in handling a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, creating and renewing business leases, and the right to buy and acquire. Experience of agricultural land and development will be useful.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have handled their own caseload, be able to generate fees, and have an interest in business development. You should be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. This role will be ideal for a confident, self-motivated individual with a desire to progress their legal career.
