St Nicholas School is looking for a highly organised, proactive Finance & HR Assistant to support our busy office and ensure smooth financial and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Finance & Office Manager / HR Advisor
2. Manage club finance and admin
3. Debt collection & banking
4. HR administration & DBS checks
5. Maintain the Single Central Record
6. Process purchase orders, invoices & BACS
7. Bank reconciliations
8. Trips finance
9. Manage school dinner payments
What You’ll Bring
10. GCSE English & Maths (C or above)
11. Finance experience (school setting desirable)
12. Strong attention to detail
13. Excellent communication & organisation
14. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
15. Confident with Office 365
16. Experience with FMS and Arbor (advantageous)
17. Calm, positive, “can‑do” approach
