A highly regarded boutique/private client-focused firm in central London is seeking an experienced Senior Associate (7+ PQE) or a Junior Partner (1–3 years partnership experience) to join its growing team.
We’re looking for someone London-based with a small following or strong network, who is ready to take the next step in their career — whether that’s solidifying their role as a Senior Associate or moving into a more strategic, leadership-focused position at Partner level.
You will work closely with a sophisticated client base comprising ultra-high net worth individuals, often with international estates, complex planning needs, and cross-border considerations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and advise on complex estate planning and estate administration matters for UHNW and international clients
Drive business development (BD) initiatives and confidently maintain and grow your client base
Supervise and support junior fee earners and contribute to the wider leadership of the department
Provide strategic input into the direction of the private client offering
Liaise with international counsel and advisors where needed
About You
7+ years PQE in private client law, ideally within a well-regarded London firm
Currently based in London with an existing client base or a strong professional network
Demonstrated experience with UHNW and international clients
Confident and proactive in business development and networking activities
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
Technical excellence in estate administration, tax planning, trusts, and wills
