Responsibilities:
* Motivate and support your team, aligning with our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively

* Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer service during every visit
