As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, youll play a key role in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients across various sectors. Youll work closely with account executives, insurers, and clients to ensure smooth handling of renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Handle all aspects of commercial insurance policies including renewals, adjustments, and new business.
* Liaise directly with clients and insurers to provide tailored insurance solutions.
* Prepare policy documentation and ensure accuracy in all communications.
* Maintain excellent client relationships through proactive service and support.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve company targets and client satisfaction.
The Person:
* Previous experience in a commercial insurance role (brokerage or insurer).
* Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, motor, etc.).
* Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Cert CII qualification is desirable, or a willingness to work towards it.
