A leading business in the energy sector are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, managing escalations, and ensuring a positive experience.
The role:
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve complaints, billing issues, and technical queries promptly.
Maintain strong product knowledge to assist and advise customers.
Support with billing, payments, and account management.
Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
Skills & Experience:
3–5 years in customer service (energy sector experience a plus).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a professional, empathetic approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Excel, billing systems, and CRM software.
