Search are supporting the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join our client's finance department in Penicuik on a 3 month temporary, part-time basis (3 days). If you have transactional finance experience and are looking to join a supportive team, you'd be encouraged to apply.Pay: £13-£16 per hourPerks: Free parking, gym access & more. Your responsibilities will include: Raise sales invoices and posting to sales ledger. Post and reconcile receipts. Chase outstanding payments. Maintain and update relevant spreadsheets. Deliver nominal and departmental coding. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Prepare monthly creditors report. Monthly upload of payments to bank. Manual payment of invoices if required. Download credit card statements.Skills and experience that would benefit your application: Experience in sales and purchase ledger. 1+ year experience in transactional finance.
